女性每到月经到来时,坐立不安、情绪烦躁。在生活中注意一些细节,就能有效缓解经期不适。
1.暖胃暖背
把热水袋放在胃部或背部,不让胃和背部受凉受寒,可有效缓解痛经。
2.沐浴
很多人都知道用温水长时间沐浴可缓解痛经。如果再加之盐浴按摩,就更能让人身心放松。
3.蜷腿侧躺在床上
以胎儿姿势,也就是蜷腿侧躺在床上,能让腹部疼痛、乳房胀痛等不适感减轻。
4.健身
多参加瑜珈等一些比较缓慢的运动。
5.喝菊花茶
用菊花、覆盆子、肉桂和树皮等泡茶喝。
6.月经前喝点新鲜菠萝汁或菠萝
由于菠萝里含有一种可使人体肌肉放松的菠萝蛋白酶,可缓解月经疼痛。
7.多吃含锌、铁、钙的食物
月经前一周,少吃盐、少喝咖啡、茶叶等含有咖啡因的饮料,少吃甜食品。

the price drop so much
regret to buy so early lor
nvr mind
i ald bought it
tis lappy has it own unique features
I3 processor
quite fast
Window 7
can change my background automatically
yea~
most important is
the keyboard got another
Number Pad
it looks like tis

because of tis
the width of the laptop is different from my acer
the screen also quite big
too width for PPS
cannot full screen when open PPS
sigh
well
i duno whether can see as clear as the photo shown
Overall
DELL is better than ACER
much more
yea
support DELL now onwards
