　　今天就跟可爱的模特AYUKI学学最近很流行的梨花头如何打造，真的很简单哟，还等什么，给自己来个全新的造型吧！非常好学哦！

　　“梨花头”打造步骤：



　Step 1：

　　必须将头发剪到齐肩稍长一点，把头发从脑后分成两份。


Step 2：

　　用卷棒从一边的后面开始，把卷棒平着拿，夹住发尾向里卷，记得不要卷得太高。




　　Step 3：

　　大概一边可以分成5/6份这样卷，把卷好的都往后面放就可以了。


Step 4：

　　记得一定是平着卷，两边的头发都是一样的卷法，非常的简单


　　Step 5：

　　都卷完以后，稍微把发尾用手弄得蓬松点，喷上花王CAPE空气蓬松定型喷雾，能够让头发很有空气感噢。

　注意：

　　刘海的部分就是用大号卷梳，拿风筒用热风吹卷就可以啦。
用定型的+抗热膏卷出来的发尾会很有弹性而且蛮亮，看上去很健康！如果烫的话药水不好反而会把头发特别是发尾烫枯，所以，还是卷发棒效果好！而且烫出来的效果比较死板，没有那种蓬松的效果。

Year 2 Sem 1 officially ended yesterday
with the last paper- Enzymology
overall it's not very difficult
yet I still have some questions cant really answer well
cause those questions need to memorize><

ended the semester
means that all of us got to free from exam,assignments, reports
for 3 months
yesssss~
but a sad case is
we cant meet our friends for 3 months
I will be very miss all of them
3 months is not a 3 days
quite a long time
i hope tat my friends will take k themselves
and enjoy for the intern
after 3 months
we can reunion again

next year January meet again ^^

一般我们将月经来潮时的生理状况，简单分成五类，属于第三、四、五类经痛的女孩都需做进一步的检查与治疗。

1.好自在型：月经来潮时无感觉，轻松又自在，一切生活照常。

2.顺其自然型：下腹部虽有不适或疼痛，但并不需靠药物治疗。

3.止痛药型：月经来潮时，需要一些轻微的止痛药来减轻疼痛。

4.药罐子型：要用强烈的止痛药，才有办法克服生理性的疼痛。

5.痛不欲生型：最强的镇痛药物，也无法完全克服这种生理性疼痛。

痛在心里口难开？ 

经过百年来医学界持续努力的研究，对于为什么会产生经痛，却一直没办法完全找出原因。目前一般认为是与前列腺素分泌过多有关。按原因的不同，经痛可以

分为原发性痛经和继发性痛经。

何谓原发性痛经？简单地说，就是医生也找不到病因的经痛。一般来讲，原发性痛经是因为子宫本身因素所造成，也就是由于子宫基层或是子宫内膜的前列腺

素分泌过度所引起的。至于继发性痛经，是指源于骨盆腔的月经疼痛，一般以子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌腺瘤、子宫肌瘤等疾病所造成的原因居多。只要是可以

找到确切原因的经痛，我们都称之为继发性痛经。

原发性痛经与继发性痛经的治疗方式并不一样。另外，少女一般比较少有子宫上的继发性问题，大部分是以原发性痛经为主。
经痛时怎么办？

由于目前研究认为痛经的发生跟前列腺素的分泌有关，因此经痛最好的治疗方式就是阻断前列腺素的合成，也就是防止疼痛的发生，而不是治疗已发生的疼痛。

月经来潮时如果只感觉有比较轻微的疼痛，可以借助简单的运动解除骨盆腔的充血减缓疼痛，这时可以采用局部的热敷或是简单的运动、散步，防止下腹部的不适感，

同时建议服用微量的止痛药。至于有中度疼痛的女孩，除了适当的运动之外，可以在月经来潮前，服用止痛药减少前列腺素的分泌及不适感，对于同时有乳房不舒服

或是水肿的现象，也会略为得到改善。

那么，如果出现严重经痛时该怎么办呢？由于经痛的发生与前列腺素的合成有关系，因此严重经痛的治疗可以利用对前列腺素的合成抑制来达到目的，其中最简单的方

法就是使用前列腺素的抑制剂。例如我们在药店可以买到的阿司匹林等，这些药可以起到有效抑制前列腺素合成的酶作用，以减少前列腺素的分泌，使子宫的活动性、

收缩力都降低下来，就不会产生痉挛现象。不过常常服用这些药，也可能会有些副作用，例如肠胃不适、热潮红及月经延迟，但这些副作用一般都相当轻微。因此，

对于发生严重经痛的人，还是应该给予比较强烈的止痛药物来治疗。

女性自十四岁有月经期开始，子宫内膜就会随着卵巢的分泌物而有周期性的变化，每个月当黄体素增加时，内膜组织也会增生变厚，当动情素和黄体素都下降时，

内膜组织便会剥离，形成月经。

若这些内膜组织没有顺者阴道排出而跑到子宫以外的地方附着就形成了子宫内膜异位，这些异位的内膜组织可能会附着在腹腔、卵巢、子宫肌层等处，但经过每次的

月经周期这些存在子宫外的内膜组织也一样会剥离，只是剥离下来的内膜无法顺着阴道排出体外，就在体内不断的累积，使得原本小小一个最后会变成一个囊肿，

这种囊肿长在卵巢就称之为「巧克力囊肿」，长在子宫的称之为「子宫腺肌瘤」，长在骨盆腔就会造成沾粘，若是这种内膜组织跑到肠胃附近，就会在月经周期

出现腹泻、胃肠疼痛的问题。还好这些囊肿大多都是良性的。

Apparently this bed is suspended and is not supported unless the head of the bed, but it’s surprising effect is achieved with the unusual shape of the platform.
Other than that,
u can use the space for other purpose
without restricted by the big bedstead
when ur room is not very big

Independent

When there's no ppl help u
u have to be independent

I learn to be independent
since I got to find a placement for myself
no 1 can help me to call the companies
no 1 can help me ask
I'm the one can help myself
I never find a job for myself since I was small
Now,
it the 1st time i find myself a job
i face a lot of problems
being rejected for N times
luckily I still able to find a job
but
is not at my hometown
and no allowance
I hope I can learn a lot of things from there
and would help in my future carrier (mayb?)

this few days
I grown up to be more independent
cause I got to drive far away to Ipoh
which is a new experience for me
I got car 1 years ago
and I never drive to Ipoh by myself
I drive to KPJ to visit my little cousin
and took clothes for aunt and little cousin
Even though i fear
but i still need to drive
cause they need my help
and my bf not beside me
I got to be independent
Everything also have it beginning
In the following months
i got to be more and more independent d
cause i'm not living in my own family's house
have to behave
hope that wont bring any troubles to my bf and his family
