Collapse in the Lab

As the title of tis entry shown, there is a collapsion inside the lab in USM. Ya, is USM.
Early in the morning I went to my place as usual and open laptop to online. There is no other ppl inside the lab, cz normally I'm not the 1st who came to the lab. I sit there less than 10 mins, someone came in and ask me to came out from the lab immediately with a very fierce tone. I tot I did something wrong and I was very nervous until I just took my phone and wallet out. Then the man said, shut down ur laptop and take all ur belongings out.

After a while he told me tat the ceiling in the lab going to collapse anytime and it is very dangerous if I still sitting inside the lab. Then I duno where I can stay for the whole day..>< I find my supervisor and she came to the lab and check the lab condition. She said I can go computer lab but I din have ID to go out from building. (there got a lot of lab in the same floor)

My supervisor said tat tis is not the 1st time collapsion of ceiling d. This is so irony that, USM such a famous and big university can let this happend not for once only but the second time. So, when UTAR had tis happend we should not complaint that UTAR ain't that good.

Internship

Yea, I started my internship last few days ago which is Monday. U might ask where I doing for my internship.
The answer is USM, Penang. So, currently I'm in Penang. I am in the Center of Drug Research. Obviously is dealing with DRUG--Dadah. My supervisor introduce me to her master student-Marina, who need assisstant in her research work. So, I will be helping her in her research.

The thing I did on th 1st day of my training was read journals. As I mentioned just now, the master student who will do research gave me those journals that related to her research work which is Hair analysis. It's about how the drug can be detected by analyze the hair of the drug absuers. I am so bored and I sms with my friends. I thought I am the one nothing to do on the 1st day of training. But, my friends also very boring. The only thing I can do are sms and read journals. T.T After tired of reading those thick journals, I sleep a while and nobody bother me. Then before going back Marina ask me to bring laptop or story books on the next day. She scare me bored.Oh, she is very nice.

The 2nd day almost the same as 1st day. I sat there and online for the whole day. I find some infor that related to the research on the morning then fb and msn chatting for the rest of the time. I'm like wasting time.><

On the 3rd day, which is yesterday- Wednesday, I got thing to do finally. I'm so happy cause Marina let me play around with those drug sample. I got the chance to use HPLC ( high performance liquid chromatography). At here, they have so many machine that we only learn in during lecture but never have chance to use it practically. The machine very high-tech, it can be take over by the computer to operate. What I need to do is sit in front of computer and click so icons then start to let it runs. Each run took 15 minutes just to do with the blank. So I sat there from 9.30 something until 12.30 for looking the chromatograph that drawn by computer. And the computer keep occur error, let me cant finish it on time to have my lunch. What a sad case. After lunch, Marina closed the computer and HPLC machine and told me that we no need to do it d since the machine cannot function properly. So after that I just sit in front of my laptop and play games and watch drama that I brought. Relax~

Today, some pelawat will come and visit the center. Marina said we will be doing the experiment in the afternoon. Yes~ I can online until the lunch time. Next week Marina will start her research experiment d. Method validation, hope that it will not be too tiring for me.

　　今天就跟可爱的模特AYUKI学学最近很流行的梨花头如何打造，真的很简单哟，还等什么，给自己来个全新的造型吧！非常好学哦！

　　“梨花头”打造步骤：



　Step 1：

　　必须将头发剪到齐肩稍长一点，把头发从脑后分成两份。


Step 2：

　　用卷棒从一边的后面开始，把卷棒平着拿，夹住发尾向里卷，记得不要卷得太高。




　　Step 3：

　　大概一边可以分成5/6份这样卷，把卷好的都往后面放就可以了。


Step 4：

　　记得一定是平着卷，两边的头发都是一样的卷法，非常的简单


　　Step 5：

　　都卷完以后，稍微把发尾用手弄得蓬松点，喷上花王CAPE空气蓬松定型喷雾，能够让头发很有空气感噢。

　注意：

　　刘海的部分就是用大号卷梳，拿风筒用热风吹卷就可以啦。
用定型的+抗热膏卷出来的发尾会很有弹性而且蛮亮，看上去很健康！如果烫的话药水不好反而会把头发特别是发尾烫枯，所以，还是卷发棒效果好！而且烫出来的效果比较死板，没有那种蓬松的效果。

Year 2 Sem 1 officially ended yesterday
with the last paper- Enzymology
overall it's not very difficult
yet I still have some questions cant really answer well
cause those questions need to memorize><

ended the semester
means that all of us got to free from exam,assignments, reports
for 3 months
yesssss~
but a sad case is
we cant meet our friends for 3 months
I will be very miss all of them
3 months is not a 3 days
quite a long time
i hope tat my friends will take k themselves
and enjoy for the intern
after 3 months
we can reunion again

next year January meet again ^^
